The Farmers Market is back at Axson
It just looks a little different this year. We have a company that delivers a variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables, as well as free range eggs, jams and honey. We, as a staff have been placing orders for a few weeks and not only have we been quite pleased with the variety and freshness but it is a good deal as well. The produce is farm fresh, as you would expect to see at Jarboe Park each Saturday afternoon (a local Beaches farmers market). I also enjoy the variety - something that helps to get me out of a rut in terms of meal preparation. Check out the order form attached. Orders are due December 1st. They will be delivered December 7th. Please make checks payable to FAME.

This go around the theme is soups and salads, (and throw in a cake or pie J). This is a favorite of ours. There is a sign-up in the main office for foods and your class parent is also sending you information. Thank you so much for making us feel so special. We all love the work we do at Axson and are honored to have your child(ren) with us learning and growing.
Upcoming clothing drive
There is a flier that went home with your child. PTA is collecting used, clean clothing, towels and linens. It is a fundraiser for us that does not cost you money. Check out more information in the flyer. We will be collecting these items December 5-9.
