Consider purchasing a tile for our Wall of Fame
Your child’s Square One Artwork orders are due Wednesday so everything can be delivered in plenty of time before the holidays. FAME receives up to 35% of sales and every dime of this fundraiser goes towards providing paras in classrooms. If you have walked into building 3, you have noticed the years of student artwork. It is now a part of Axson’s history. Isn’t that a cool thing? I will be finishing the wall in building 3 this year and will begin our next phase in building 4. If you would like to buy a tile for the wall, it is $9.75 and order number 54B. As soon as the tiles are delivered I will place them on the wall for the children to admire. :)
And speaking of fundraisers….. Please do not feel obligated to participate in it all. Choose what interests you. We do not expect anything more and we hope you feel like a part of your school community. There is a PTA board meeting Monday so look for an update in my next “Weekly Updates” to see how we faired at Fall Festival. It was a picture perfect day and a BIG Thank You to all that donated toilet paper. The kids prefer Charmin to our single-ply any day. :)
Our Veteran’s Day flag raising was terrific
The Sandalwood HS ROTC, under the direction of Master Sergeant Robert Doty was awesome. I say, if you can hold the constant attention of 114 three and four year-olds, you must be doing something right. Axson Montessori salutes our Veterans! Thank you to those who were able to attend with their children.

Log on to www.scrippro.com and find a bunch of gift card vendors. You pay face value and Axson receives a percentage of the sale. The orders will be here for pick up before the Thanksgiving break if you order by November 14.
