J. Allen Axson Montessori School and PTA

Student Orientation takes place Friday, August 19th 9:30-11:30 am. Everyone will meet in the cafeteria at 9:30 for a few announcements from Mrs. Renfro and then it’s on to classrooms. Don’t forget these items:

• Registration forms complete (log on to www.jaapta.org and click on forms)
• Bring any medication your child will need to be kept at school (children cannot transport medication)

If you attended our Early Registration for new students last spring, you do not need to complete registration forms. Everyone else must complete registration forms.

There will be many tables set up in the cafeteria to help you with the following:

• PTA
• FAME
• T-Shirt Tuesdays
• Transportation
• Extended Day
• Dads on Hand

Electronic Grade book access codes (Grades 1 and up but most important for grades 4 and 5)

Calling all Axson Family Businesses……

Do you have a business that you would like to advertise to other Axson families? Join us for the first ever J. Allen Axson Vendor Fair. Come set up your wares in the cafeteria on Friday from 10:30-11:30am

$25/booth plus 20% of sales (or a donation towards the fall auction). All proceeds benefit Friends of Axson Montessori Elementary to pay for paraprofessionals in all of the classrooms.
